My heater died (in the middle of winter, so that’s fun) & I went to JJ’s based on the rating/reviews & I was not disappointed. They did a fantastic job, were extremely detailed & knowledgeable about the issue, & fixed it. They have great customer service & their prices are very fair. If I ever have car problems, I’ll definitely come back.

The staff at J.J’s were very professional and prompt in providing updates about the status of my vehicle. I was having trouble with my transmission on my 2014 Nissan Altima and brought it to J.J’s. Out of about 20 shops I contacted, they offered me the best price; say less. They took care of me in a fashionable time. They are very customer service focused. I will be coming back for future services.

Diagnostic test, the results was I needed a water pump and recommended a thermostat. They all helped me especially Justin and the receptionist about my warranty and what was covered under the dealership. I will be back next month for a couple other items. Thank you J&J
