To say that I am grateful to have found this company is an understatement. I am usually not the type to post reviews, but for what I experienced, it was warranted. I found J.J. Auto online after my car started having issues, and overheated. I was skeptical at first because they are a smaller, non commercial company, but something in my spirit said take a chance. I couldn’t be more happy with that decision. Leny (the front office/front desk manager) was PHENOMENAL!! She very informative, really kind, and very responsive. She was thorough with diagnostic explanations, and clearly knew her stuff. I was grateful. When I got my car back, I almost felt like it was working better than when I first bought it. It’s been a wonderful experience. This company has a FOREVER customer in me. I will definitely promote and advertise this company for all those looking for this type of opportunity. - Happy Customer
