Great customer service and the team does keep you updated every step of the way. In terms of pricing, they are on the higher end, which is why I couldn't give 5 stars. Yes, you get discounts through the app, but even with the discounts, the pricing is still on the higher end. The warranty they offer is great, and may justify the higher prices, but that all depends on what you get done. Overall, my rating is 4.5/5 and I will go back, just because of the customer service.
