My initial contact via phone was with Leny She answered the phone professionally and asked if she could place me on hold. Unlike Most, that ask that, she waited for me to respond. Thinking she did what most call takers do (put you on hold before you can answer). I said nothing but she asked again for me to reply. Upon her return, I explained to her I was new to the area and looking for an Auto Repair shop. She welcomed me and explained the Over Night Drop-off practice/procedure. We scheduled an appointment and ended the call. I was unable to utilize the night drop, but the next morning I went in to drop the car off. Lenny was the all of what the reviews I read said. In my own word, “the Life of the Party”. Very pleasant, welcoming and warm. That in itself made me feel secure in my decision to choose JJ’s Auto Service. After the DETAILED questions and answers session, I left the car for service and repair. Later that day I received a call informing me the status of the car, informing me that they will call me the next day. As stated they did, not only did they speak with me they sent me videos for me to see what they discovered and was speaking of. Easing any thoughts of being lied to. All the repairs were completed within the promised timeframe and the cost was more than reasonable for all that was done. Finding a good auto repair shop thats gives Good Service, Honest Advice, Reasonable Pricing, and not out to take your money is hard. But I think I found my second shop that meet the description and requirements in JJ’s Auto Service.

It was amazing and fast service. I went there for MD safety inspection. Leny helped to get inspection as soon as possible she can even when they are fully packed. I would say that was the cleanest car service shop in my life. The work area and waiting area so clean, staff is so kind and very helpful. I would suggest to everyone.

Although I failed my inspection it was not this shop's fault. they did a great job treated me great and was extremely nice. Leny was my SA

Quick Service And Outstanding Customer Service. I Brung My E Class Mercedes Benz In For Suspension Issues. I Already Had So Much Going On In Life But Mr.Justin And Mrs.Lenny Did Everything They Could To Lighten My Load. I Was Provided Lyft Service & Towing At No Cost. I got a few repairs done not to long ago, my car sounds and drives better. Only thing is my undercarriage wasn’t screwed in all the way so I had to stop at another shop because it was dragging (my cars already low).

Great Customer Service! I am very Happy with the repairs they did on my 2013 Toyota Camry I will recommend them to everybody! They know what they are doing. I think I finally found an honest auto repair center!

Once again I received excellent car repair service on my 2010 Lexus ES350, and the most pleasant customer care by Leny and Justin at JJ’s Auto Service Center. They make you feel like family and that you and your vehicle matter. The car had not been holding a charge and kept needing to be jumped and the battery was new. As my son suspected, it was determined that the alternator needed to be replaced. Justin told me that it is labor intensive on Lexus’ because the alternator is so embedded. They also had to replace the serpentine belt. The car was towed in on Wednesday 1/17/24 and was ready by Friday 1/19/24! JJ’s is an awesome business and I will be referring anyone in need of car repairs!
