This shop took care of an engine misfire issue after several other shops couldn't figure out the problem. I also had several routine maintenance services done and a MD state inspection. The people here are really nice and professional and I appreciate the emails and text messages showing me what needed to be done to my vehicle. What makes me hesitant about this place is the lack of communication with the customer. My car was in their shop from April 14th until April 22nd. Seven days excluding a holiday. I was told several times over this period that my car would be ready in a few hours or by the end of the day, but then wouldn't hear from you guys at all for over 24 hours. I understand that repairs can take time and parts need to come in, but I would prefer that you give a realistic timeframe upfront, instead of my constantly having to call to request an update on my vehicle. I didn't pass state inspection because I need new tires, but I am taking it to another shop, not because I don't have confidence in your work, but because I don't know how soon I would get my car back. You guys did amazing work on my car, so I'll give you that. I would like to continue using you guys in the future, but the communication between the mechanics, reception, and the customers could really use some improvement.
