Amazing! The customer service alone is impeccable. They serviced my Mercedes as if I was at the dealer ship but prompt and honest... Not money vultures. I received a Premium oil change and complementary inspection, tire rotation etc.. for the best price. They even offered complimentary Lyft service within a 10 mile radius. This place is no joke. Very professional! I do not play when it comes to reviews. 10/10 experience.

Stopped in at a auto parts store and thier engine scanner said to do a engine decarbination. Went to the dealership which told me my piston rings have failed and need a new engine. The cost to replace the engine was several thousand dollars. I did a google search and found JJ's with a lot of good reviews. Stopped in and found out they will do a second opinion for free. My car was at the dealership and they got me a Lyft ride to dealership for no charge so I can bring the car to them. The car was running really rough and very low power. JJ Auto found that the engine was not bad. The real problem were bad oxygen sensor and failing fuel injectors. Bottom line JJ's Auto saved me a lot of money. They correctly diagnosted and repaired my car. The car runs like new. And to top things off JJ's has "Peace of Mind Protection" 36 months / 36K miles warranty on repairs done and 365 days of Roadside Assistance. I highly recommend JJ's Auto Service Center.
