Let me start by saying everyone I encountered over the phone (Lenny and Justin) and in person, were so very courteous and professional. This was a first time visit for me to JJ’s Auto Service Center to get a diagnostic done on my car because the check engine light was coming on and going off. I had an appointment to drop the car off to get the diagnostic done, it took a couple of days and that was okay in my situation. But, they called each time, letting me know exactly what was going on. I was so impressed with how up to date this shop is with technology. The emails, the App, and the fact that the Diagnostic results was provided in electronic form, there were pictures and video showing the problems with every single item that was checked! They didn’t push me to get every single thing done but only told me what repair would be needed to get the check engine light off and hopefully pass emissions. I would give this business 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!
