I visited J.J's Auto Service Center for the first time on June 15, 2026, and unfortunately, it will be my last. What should have been a routine repair turned into a frustrating ordeal marked by dishonesty and poor customer service. I was quoted a staggering $2,700 to replace a battery, alternator, and drive belt a price that struck me as excessive for these particular components. When I questioned the estimate, my service advisor, Joe, was difficult and dismissive throughout our conversation. Worse still, he lied to my face about the details of the work and pricing. It was only after Joe consulted with the service manager, Justin, that he discovered he had been wrong about what he had told me. Yet even after being proven incorrect, Joe failed to offer so much as an apology. There was no accountability, no acknowledgment of the misinformation, and no effort to make things right. Honest communication and basic respect for customers are the bare minimum I expect from any business and J.J's Auto Service Center fell well short on both counts. I cannot recommend this shop to anyone looking for trustworthy, transparent auto service.
