J.J's has by far the best customer service that I've ever seen in any and all places I've ever visited! When a shop is willing to help you find parts for your vehicle even if they are not installing them you have to love and appreciate it! I have nothing but great things to say about this shop and highly recommend them for any and all automotive repairs! Thanks J.J's!

They repaired sliding door on older Honda Mini van. Lennie. Donna, Justin were very very helpful in solving the mechanical issues!

Check this. I’m sitting in a auto repair shop and I just overheard a team member phone a customer and wish them a happy birthday. Shout out to Lenny and Donna for their amazing! I’d also like to shout out Justin. The man is a gentleman and a scholar. Spend money with these folks. They make you feel welcomed!

They made a horrible day into a day that I could manage easily because they let me know from the beginning if I should wait for a quick repair or if they needed me to leave my car.
