I went for a oil change. The owner JJ was extremely professional. They are working to get their state inspection certification, but recommended another great place to get it done. Great mechanics, I will recommend to anyone!

I have to say that JJ's Auto Center has always exceeded my expectations. When I first met JJ's his the shop was not officially open yet, but he was so gracious to oblige me and work on my rear brakes for my 2016 Nissan Murano. He is always fair, upfront and honest about everything. I was the first official customer for the shop and I will be a long time customer in the future. I have since had JJ work on my 2009 Honda accord which had a starter issue which was diagnosed and addressed. There was also an issues with one of the tires that was pointed out that if driven on could have been a very terrible situation. He went above and beyond and replaced the tire that was bad. JJ and his wife are awesome. The atmosphere is very friendly and the attention to customer service shows. I would not hesitate to bring any of my vehicles to JJ's Auto Service Center. Very reliable, honest, customer focused shop. Thank you to JJ and his wife for going above and beyond for me. I appreciate you all.

I did a google search to find a mechanic to change my breaks and rotors and happened upon J.J.'s Auto Service Center. I am so pleased with the service that I received from J.J.'s. From the moment J.J. answered the phone, I really trusted him. His team picked up my car, did the work and brought my car home to me. They did an excellent job. I am moving to Gaithersburg in a few weeks but I will take the trip to Waldorf to see J.J. when I need work done on my car.

The service was amazing. As a family ran business they take pride in the small details. Instead of waiting while my vehicle was being serviced I was driven home and contacted when the work was completed then driven back to the shop to get my car. I will certainly come back not just for the customer service but also for the quality of work done to my brakes.

Wow! An honest mechanic!!!!!! I had some brake work done on my SUV before taking a long road trip and I am completely satisfied with all of the work performed. This place is over 30 miles from my home and I wouldn’t hesitate to bring my SUV back here again. Great mechanics are hard to find and J.J.’s Auto Service Center has certainly earned my trust.
