I never thought i’d be inclined to write a review of an auto shop, literally who loves their auto shop? well, I definitely do! I went i JJs to have massive brake work done on my car. From my first call to Lenny to get an idea of the price to the moment I left the shop i felt very welcome. The facts: They offer shuttle service to get you to wherever you need to go while they’re working on your car as well as getting you back for pick up. INCREDIBLE They send you an electronic notice of every piece of work your car needs on a PRIORITIZED list with all the pricing and pictures/videos explaining what the issue is and why it is important. LOVED that The pricing is as affordable as they possibly can be. I’ve never had a family member that could work on my car but now my cousins at J.J.’s have our backs!

I had a serious issue with a bolt. Trying everything and went to many places. JJ took care of me. Pleasant and awesome customer service.

One of the better places I’ve been to for auto care. I scheduled an early appointment and they began working on my car almost immediately. The pay was competitive as well and seemed like a genuine honest rate for the work and not an insane amount of money like other places I’ve been for the same work. The staff there are the friendliest I’ve ever met and made the wait, which was rather quick, worthwhile. I’ve stopped by afterwards and the care shown for their work and vehicles is evident. I’ll definitely be back to service my car again.

I came in to look over the facility on a whim. Spoke to JJ about an issue I was having with my battery. Immediately diagnosed my problem and if I wanted it fixed I was like yes because I had been dealing with this problem on and off for some time. The problem was the battery I had in my 2015 Genesis was not the proper battery and would shift and cause the car to not start. JJ informed me and ordered the correct battery, when the battery arrived he installed it but it didn't turn over. Come to find out this is not a common battery and had been sitting, i told JJ that I would wait while the battery charged but he said no that he would have another battery sent over that was properly charged. That alone let me know that he is all about his customers and I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for a mechanic who will give not only good service but will also give good customer service
