Went into the shop to get an oil change and an estimate on a new tire. I was met with warm greetings, the wifi password and fantastic conversation. They answered all of my questions about my car and they were very knowledgeable. So pleased with this family black owned business. They even called twice after servicing my car to see how things were going. My favorite car shop.

I have a vehicle that many shops don’t work on regularly. Because of this issue, I often find it hard to find people who know how to repair my vehicle. I’ve had my truck left in a shop for days only for the staff to eventually give up and say they don’t know how to work on the vehicle. This challenge has been a constant frustration. That said, this company did an excellent job with everything I’ve ever requested of them. I’ve used them for everything from a tow hitch instal to a brake line repair. I would highly recommend them to anybody and already have.

My experience at J.J’s Auto Service Center was above and beyond! From the start I felt welcomed by Lennie and knew I had picked the right place to get my car fixed. My rear blinker light was out and what I thought would be a quick fix turned out to be a more complex issue with my car. However, the team at J.J’s took great care of fixing this issue for me in a way I felt was very honest and timely. J.J’s Auto Service Center really puts the customers first to find you the best and most affordable options. I will gladly be bringing my car here for any future needs and be recommending J.J’s to all my friends who are looking for an honest and top notch service center! Needed a state inspection. Took a couple hours, but there wait was pleasant. Very personable staff. Will definitely return again.

I usually don’t leave reviews but I had to say something with the great treatment I received. JJ Auto Service is the ideal business of what good customer service is! They are very professional, clean environment, meet customers needs, and have terrific quality service! I can’t ask for more...I would recommend this shop to anybody!
