I bought a used car recently and J.J.’s Auto Service fixed what failed for the Maryland state inspection. I’m sure that I’ll use J.J.’s Auto Service again in the future.

The mechanic that worked on my car was very knowledgeable and confident that he was able to do the job correctly and properly, which he did.

I booked an appointment at J.J.’s Auto Service online. The mechanic checked my car… He gave clear details about what’s happening and the problem, which made me very happy and they did a good job and had very good prices.

I highly recommend this shop, I take my heavy duty trucks which are diesel here for service. Never had a issue with the shop. Great prices and great work. They are very honest and very helpful.

I would definitely recommend J.J.’s Auto Service. I’ve actually recommended them to several of my friends. Just the convenience of the shuttle service and I didn’t have to wait there, because I had important things I had to do today.

Yesterday’s appointment went great. J.J. the owner was very helpful. Overall my experience was great, because I feel they went above and beyond the norm.

I have gotten work done on my car at least 3 times at JJ’s and I stopped by a couple of times just to get some information regarding vehicle maintenance. I met the owner, JJ, at least 2 of the 3 times and I met the receptionist named Hunter also. Both were very pleasant and professional. I was treated like family. I have 2 daughters who also utilize this shop. I highly recommend JJ’s. It is not just affordable but also I don’t spend all day at the shop waiting to get the work done on my vehicle. I even call them and ask them questions about my vehicle without going to the shop. I can’t think of any place else I would go to get work done on my vehicle. I used to only go to the dealership but soon learned that they were just about getting my money. I can’t see myself going anywhere else. JJ’s is my new home away from home and I challenge anyone else to try it. You won’t be disappointed!
