I was greeted very professionally. The reception area was well lit & very clean. The repairs were done in a timely manner. I am well pleased with JJ's. Also the young lady at the reception desk informed me of what was to be done to my truck in a manner that l was confident that she knew what she was talking about.

Always a warm welcome when you enter the door. Had tires, brakes and rotors done on my car. Fair price and great timing. Love the work and will continue to get my vehicles serviced here.

Excellent Professional Customer Service and Quality Care. J.J.’s Auto Service went out of their way to help me during my state of panic when my car needed a new Alternator and other repairs and got me back on the road safely! Very detailed oriented on informing me of those issues with my car and took photos. For my own personal recordkeeping I liked that they gave me a printout of anything they checked out on my car. I have never been able to trust a mechanic shop until I found J.J.’s Auto Service they take their time to make sure repairs are done right and let you know exactly what is going on. 10+ stars!
