Over the past two months I had three of my vehicles that needed mechanical repairs. The experience at J&J was very professional and staff was very helpful, with all questions/concerns that I had. There facility is very clean smell fabulous. If needing a mechanic i would highly recommend checking them out.

Very professional, didn't mind the wait although my friend was impatient. Front desk personnel, very knowledgeable (as a woman I was wowed), treated each and every person that entered on a friendly /family level. As soon as they walked in she remembered them and the reason they were there without having to search a system. I loved that. The covid precautions were on point, wiping down the seats and counter after each visit.. There was a delivery made and I myself was wondering why the item was left outside, she humbly and politely went for it, in the snow and with a business and tact contacted the company and asked that it not be done in future... I enjoyed my time there... Keep up the good job and be safe. Side note I was elated my junk of a car failed inspection...

They completed a B Service on my car, which is an oil change and inspection of a variety of items. I feel they were very honest and did a thorough inspection. As such they found a leak in the rear. They informed me of what they found and also told me it was a warranty item. They could have just said you need this repaired and I would have never known it was a covered defect. This repair would have cost a couple thousand dollars if it had not been covered under warranty.

JJ’s was very personable. They made me feel good from the time I called to the time it was for me to pick up my vehicle. Lenny called regularly with updates as the repairs were happening. They were also very honest with their suggestions. My entire family uses their service. I definitely recommend them to anyone experiencing issues with their vehicle!!

Very understanding when explaining what needs to be fix on my vehicle. Repairs done FAST. No need for a second opinion. They got my vote.
