I would definitely recommend J.J.’s Auto Service. I’ve actually recommended them to several of my friends. Just the convenience of the shuttle service and I didn’t have to wait there, because I had important things I had to do today.

Yesterday’s appointment went great. J.J. the owner was very helpful. Overall my experience was great, because I feel they went above and beyond the norm.

I have gotten work done on my car at least 3 times at JJ’s and I stopped by a couple of times just to get some information regarding vehicle maintenance. I met the owner, JJ, at least 2 of the 3 times and I met the receptionist named Hunter also. Both were very pleasant and professional. I was treated like family. I have 2 daughters who also utilize this shop. I highly recommend JJ’s. It is not just affordable but also I don’t spend all day at the shop waiting to get the work done on my vehicle. I even call them and ask them questions about my vehicle without going to the shop. I can’t think of any place else I would go to get work done on my vehicle. I used to only go to the dealership but soon learned that they were just about getting my money. I can’t see myself going anywhere else. JJ’s is my new home away from home and I challenge anyone else to try it. You won’t be disappointed!

The service is great. After my first visit with my 2012 chevy truck. I have started taking my 2014 XTS CADILLAC and my 2013 Dodge Challenger. Thanks JJ and Family keep up the great work.

What an awesome shop with awesome staff. I had a small issue with my truck and needed them in the last minute on a Friday. The guy who works the front desk said "Come right on in" at 1pm. I get there, they pull my truck in, diagnose it, I authorized repair and they had me out in 2 hours. Very fast and accurate service. They didn't try to overcharge me or throw bunch of useless repairs. I don't remember the cool guy's name at the front desk but if you're reading this, let's go catch some snake heads one of these days. This will be my new shop where I will take all of my vehicles.

I showed up today early for my appointment and they brought me right in, which was awesome, and took care of everything. Got the oil changed. Also, they found some other things that were possibly needing a little attention.

I learned of J.J.’s Auto Service through a Facebook friend. The shop exceeded my expectations. Not only does J.J.’s come highly recommended but I plan to bring all my vehicles here for future needs.

Good service, I went there and they fixed my car. My car was very loud! They fixed the exhaust problem and now my car is quiet again…
