I've been to JJ’s on 3 different occasions for car service. My overall experience has been excellent. Their customer lobby area and bathroom were clean and orderly. The customer service that I received was outstanding, they really keep you abreast of what's going on with your car as far as diagnostics. I met the owner & his wife and they are both very kind people. After talking with the owner I came away knowing that this is a man of integrity with good interpersonal skills who builds friendships with his customers. With JJ.s it's not about the money that motivates them, it's being transparent with the customers while building trust. They did an excellent job on my car and I appreciate their attention to detail and overall professionalism. I would definitely recommend JJ’s to anyone in need of car service. After searching for auto shops all over the city we finally found one that actually cares about the customer and vehicle being serviced. I was able to get work done on my car that would have cost me 1,000 dollars at the dealership, for much less. I really enjoy the complimentary Uber ride home while my car was being fixed. Thanks again!
