This was by far the best experience I've had at an auto repair shop. JJ's did a great job and even though they had to wait for the part to come in, when it did the job was done in 1 day as promised. Leni (hope I spelled it right) was awesome!!!! Very personable and all around great to chat with! Thanks again!

They are efficient and even share pictures of your vehicle and the parts that need to be worked on. That extra touch provides much appreciated clarity that allows you to make decisions based off evidence instead of just taking their word for it. When your spending a lot of money that piece of mind is great! Customer service 10/10!

Went into the shop to get an oil change and an estimate on a new tire. I was met with warm greetings, the wifi password and fantastic conversation. They answered all of my questions about my car and they were very knowledgeable. So pleased with this family black owned business. They even called twice after servicing my car to see how things were going. My favorite car shop.

I have a vehicle that many shops don’t work on regularly. Because of this issue, I often find it hard to find people who know how to repair my vehicle. I’ve had my truck left in a shop for days only for the staff to eventually give up and say they don’t know how to work on the vehicle. This challenge has been a constant frustration. That said, this company did an excellent job with everything I’ve ever requested of them. I’ve used them for everything from a tow hitch instal to a brake line repair. I would highly recommend them to anybody and already have.
