Monday’s can really give you the blues. I was heading out to work and my car wouldn’t start. Turns out I needed a battery. I purchased the battery and the sales rep referred me to JJ’s to have it installed. I called and they told me to come right over. I went over and they had me in and out. The receptionist was very sweet and comforting. She kept me company and we had a great conversation. The tech was also helpful. He got me in and out and made sure I was Ok before I left. Great customer service and speedy service. Will definitely be returning for all my maintenance needs for my car.

I am so glad I found this auto service center. I am a stickler for good customer service and JJ’s gives impeccable customer service. They are friendly and puts the needs of their customers first, most of all they are honest. They have a great team and they all display the same helpful and honest and kind qualities. I had work done on my Mercedes C350 and my son had work done on his Ford Fusion. We were both happy with the work and would recommend going to JJ’s for all of your auto needs. You won’t regret it.
