JJ’s Auto really gave me Extraordinary Customer Service. I would highly recommend bringing your vehicle to them. I appreciate their positive and professional attitude and the willingness to keep me updated with my vehicle issues. My 2013 Infiniti needed engine replacement and exhaust replaced . JJ’s Auto did a exceptional job,they really took care of my car as if they owned my vehicle. I would highly recommend them to anyone. I cannot express how I really appreciate the whole staff. They also provided me with Lyft picked up when my car was ready for pick up. I especially would like to Thank Lenny, she called me to make sure everything was good with my vehicle and yes everything is good. I wish I could give JJ’s Auto 10 stars instead of 5 stars. Thank you for outstanding service.

I required a labor intensive fix and JJ's took it on without any issues and in a timely manner. Reasonably priced as well, half of what the dealership was quoting me. Lenni was awesome and made my experience seamless. Highly recommend JJ's.
