When I tell you I’ve never had a great experience at a mechanic facility until now. Believe me. Excellent customer service from the beginning. The receptionist handling multiple calls when I arrived still delivers the best service and acknowledges that you’re there. I previously took my car to another place and told them to inspect my car that I recently bought. That facility told me my car was perfect. But I had a gut feeling something was off. My partner referred me to JJ’s &. I asked them to do the same, and they found multiple issues. They sent pictures and the full diagnostic report, which was extremely helpful. I spoke to another team member there, and he was helpful and thorough. I will definitely be using them as my primary Auto Service!
