Omg I literally called this place by chance...but I'm so happy with the service! I called for same day service and Ms.Linny was able to fit me in. Everything came out perfect . This will be my new go to place for my vehicle maintenance. Great customer service. They really went above and beyond. I'm so happy😊!

I am new to Maryland and had to get my car inspected; I had no idea what the process was, so I turned to J.J.'s auto service center after a quick google search. Lennie was AMAZING and made my experience so personal. I will definitely be going back!

JJ’s Auto Service was extremely professional, friendly, and innovative. From being able to drop off and pick up my vehicle after hours, to even receiving a phone call to check on how my car was driving after pick up, JJ’s went the extra mile to ensure I was a satisfied customer. I’ll definitely be coming back in the future!

I called several other auto shops and they weren’t able to assist me. When I called J.Js, the receptionist encouraged me to bring in the vehicle, and they’ll try and fix the issue. I was seen first thing the next morning. The staff provided great customer service, they were pleasant and professional, AND they were able to fix the electrical issue for a reasonable price.. I will certainly be returning to this auto shop for future service!!

Looked over the reviews before taking my vehicle in for the safety inspection. I was initially hesitant to believe the 5 star rating, but was willing to give them a try. Best decision made… The service was top notch and the atmosphere was friendly and welcoming. They have gained a new regular customer… I can’t say enough to compliment JJ’s on how satisfied I was.
