Outstanding customer service and knowledgeable team from the first phone call to set up an appointment to completion of service. We will be returning for all of our vehicle maintenance and repair services. The owners are running a very professional business.

We were looking to purchase a car in the area and wanted to get a second look at it. They were able to take us in and look at the car we were looking to buy on a short notice. They were professional and gave us honest feedback. It's unfortunate that we don't live in the area. They would definitely be my go to auto repair shop.

So far I am satisfy with the repairs. I have no complaints except for the length of time it took to complete the job but it was an extensive job so all is well.

Came in for a pre-purchase inspection when a previous mechanic cancelled on a short notice. They were able to fit me in right away on the same day, and I am so thankful they did! They provided honest feedback and gave me a proper diagnosis of the vehicle. Friendly staff and professional atmosphere. Highly recommend!

Monday’s can really give you the blues. I was heading out to work and my car wouldn’t start. Turns out I needed a battery. I purchased the battery and the sales rep referred me to JJ’s to have it installed. I called and they told me to come right over. I went over and they had me in and out. The receptionist was very sweet and comforting. She kept me company and we had a great conversation. The tech was also helpful. He got me in and out and made sure I was Ok before I left. Great customer service and speedy service. Will definitely be returning for all my maintenance needs for my car.

I am so glad I found this auto service center. I am a stickler for good customer service and JJ’s gives impeccable customer service. They are friendly and puts the needs of their customers first, most of all they are honest. They have a great team and they all display the same helpful and honest and kind qualities. I had work done on my Mercedes C350 and my son had work done on his Ford Fusion. We were both happy with the work and would recommend going to JJ’s for all of your auto needs. You won’t regret it.
