One tire stem and sensor broke off as I was checking the tire pressure. Using the donut to get to J.J.'s, the technicians replaced the stem and had the equipment and replaced the sensor in another tire. They treated me like family and were courteous and full of info that I needed to know. They also did an all points inspection notifying me of possible issues I should consider fixing in the future and the most logical approach to get the jobs completed. They even took photos of them so I could see what they were referring to!! Stellar service!

I highly recommend this shop for anything car repair related. Great service, very reasonable prices and awesome customer service as well! This is my place to keep my car running like new!

I have been going to JJ’s since Dec 2021 for my car service they are very knowledgeable and I love the way that they explain everything in detail before making any car repairs. No complaints here on the work that I’ve had done on my VW. Shout out to Lenny who ensures on following up and making sure that I’m satisfied with the repairs.

They have worked on two of my cars, 2016 Kia Optima and 2015 Chrysler 200. Both times, they were able to quickly diagnosis and resolve the issues. I would be using them for future maintenance on all my cars moving forward. And I definitely recommend them.
