I absolutely Love JJ’s auto service. This was my first visit and certainly will not be my last! The service was impeccable and Lenny was so friendly and knowledgeable. I live over an hour away on the other side of town and will make every effort to return for future auto services. The shop was neat and clean and the staff was very warm and welcoming. I was in and out the same day and in a few hours. I was overly impressed with the savvy technology updates via text and follow up phone call the day after my service to ensure my vehicle was running properly and I was safe on the road-BIG WOW! I really wish I brought my car here first. After taking my car to another mechanic twice to do a simple alignment my steering wheel is finally straight! I couldn't be happier. I've also gotten my brakes done here, they are the most reasonably priced mechanic in the area. Customer service is top tier ( Lenny is absolutely wonderful! ) You won't find a rude front desk employee acting like they don't even want your business. I will continue to get my car service here.
