My daughter lost a timing belt on her car, while she was 2 hours from home, we got it towed to JJ's after reading the reviews. They fixed the car into there schedule, and got it repaired pretty fast. My daughter and her car made it home, more then thankful to the team at JJ's

What an awesome shop with awesome staff. I had a small issue with my truck and needed them in the last minute on a Friday. The guy who works the front desk said "Come right on in" at 1pm. I get there, they pull my truck in, diagnose it, I authorized repair and they had me out in 2 hours. Very fast and accurate service. They didn't try to overcharge me or throw bunch of useless repairs. I don't remember the cool guy's name at the front desk but if you're reading this, let's go catch some snake heads one of these days. This will be my new shop where I will take all of my vehicles. **EDIT Currently have my vehicle in JJs for serving they are amazing. One of the most honest shops I've been to. Years later and they are still consistent and professional. Highly recommended

Was a very good first impression. Owners are good people. They don’t pressure you to do unnecessary repairs, just the usual advice on keeping up maintenance. They surprisingly were able to fit me in on short notice despite a lot overflowing with cars. I felt no qualms about workmanship after having my starter installed. Will be returning for future repair needs.

I picked this Auto shop just from reading the reviews of others. I was not disappointed. I needed an inspection and other minor repairs. They offered professionalism, detail explanation of what needed to be done, reasonable pricing and short turnaround time to complete the work. I plan to stay a valued customer.

Superb customer service and thoroughness! JJ and Lenny are trustworthy, considerate people and will ensure your car is safe to drive on the road. They even follow up afterward to make sure your vehicle is functioning properly. Could not recommend them more!
