Needed a state inspection. Took a couple hours, but there wait was pleasant. Very personable staff. Will definitely return again.

I usually don’t leave reviews but I had to say something with the great treatment I received. JJ Auto Service is the ideal business of what good customer service is! They are very professional, clean environment, meet customers needs, and have terrific quality service! I can’t ask for more...I would recommend this shop to anybody!

I really like how they made everything simple for me and provided my car details in an easy to read and access electronic format. I have since then taken my vehicle back to J.J.'s and will only be allowing them to service my car. I trust them and the pricing was affordable for a college student. Amazing work, quick and efficient. First time I’ve ever had a shop actually show the progress photos. Work completed and recommended photos! Such a great job. Personable and just the right people to trust for the job!

Over the past two months I had three of my vehicles that needed mechanical repairs. The experience at J&J was very professional and staff was very helpful, with all questions/concerns that I had. There facility is very clean smell fabulous. If needing a mechanic i would highly recommend checking them out.

Very professional, didn't mind the wait although my friend was impatient. Front desk personnel, very knowledgeable (as a woman I was wowed), treated each and every person that entered on a friendly /family level. As soon as they walked in she remembered them and the reason they were there without having to search a system. I loved that. The covid precautions were on point, wiping down the seats and counter after each visit.. There was a delivery made and I myself was wondering why the item was left outside, she humbly and politely went for it, in the snow and with a business and tact contacted the company and asked that it not be done in future... I enjoyed my time there... Keep up the good job and be safe. Side note I was elated my junk of a car failed inspection...
