This was my 2nd repair at J. J.s they replaced my radiator for my 2005 Chevy Tahoe. Always professional.

This is definitely my go-to for all my car troubles. I was referred and redirected to J.J's by a tow truck driver and I couldn't thank him enough. Not only did they take great care of my car, they also follow up! The turn around time is awesome as well. I couldn't Thank J.J's enough!

Unfortunately I can only rate JJ's auto service with 5 Stars. 10+ Stars for the service that I received for my vehicle. From the receptionist to the mechanic, they are extremely professional. They continuously updated me on the status of my vehicle and ensured that I was comfortable with their suggestions before making the repairs. Furthermore, the mechanic performed an inspection of my vehicle after he finished with my complete exhaust system replacement. He noticed a pin sized hole in my brake line. If it had gone unnoticed over a period of time, it could have been catastrophic. Needless to say, I thanked him and his dinner was on me. JJ' s auto will perform all of my vehicles maintenance that is above my capabilities. I highly recommend that you give them a try.

J.J auto service center is my God answered prayer. I moved to the Waldorf area 2 years ago and have not been able to find an honest trusting place that would handle my car with care. By the time I came to them, my car was in really bad shape. When I came to the shop I was greeted by Ms. Lena who is very pleasant and very knowledgeable about cars and car issues. She single handedly runs the front office and is the intermediary between the customers and the Techs. What I like about J.J. is that they thoroughly check your car and make the diagnosis. I came in needing a Catalytic Converter to be replaced, various flushes, brake pad and such. After they got done with my car, it is driving like new and has a lot more power. While my car was being worked, they drove me to my house and picked me up. Another time I came in, they ordered me an Lyft to pick me up and drive me back to the shop. They take care of your car and take care of their clients. J.J. Auto services is now my go to for all care care.

I've had such a great experience with JJ's Auto Service center. They worked on my car in a timely fashion and even sent photos of my vehicle prior to working on it. They are my go to mechanic from here on out.

The BEST auto repair shop in the area. The customer service is A-1! I’ve been here on several occasions. The mechanics are very knowledgeable and the prices are reasonable. This is the only shop I trust working on my car.

I was very pleased with the services I received at J.J.'s Auto Service Center. They went above and beyond my expectations. I was actually emailed photos and a video of the mechanical defects the mechanic found while performing the diagnostics on my vehicle! Who does that? J.J.' does. To top it off, if you have to leave your vehicle there for an extended period, they will provide you with an Uber service to and from your destination with no costs to the customer. Very affordable and reasonable repair costs. Excellent customer service. Too many pros to list in this review. But don't take my word for it, check them out for yourselves. Believe me, you won't be disappointed at all. Waldorf needs more businesses like this. #onthecomeup!!! 10 STARS.
