To say that I am grateful to have found this company is an understatement. I am usually not the type to post reviews, but for what I experienced, it was warranted. I found J.J. Auto online after my car started having issues, and overheated. I was skeptical at first because they are a smaller, non commercial company, but something in my spirit said take a chance. I couldn’t be more happy with that decision. Leny (the front office/front desk manager) was PHENOMENAL!! She very informative, really kind, and very responsive. She was thorough with diagnostic explanations, and clearly knew her stuff. I was grateful. When I got my car back, I almost felt like it was working better than when I first bought it. It’s been a wonderful experience. This company has a FOREVER customer in me. I will definitely promote and advertise this company for all those looking for this type of opportunity. - Happy Customer

I brung my gmc terrain in for service in response to engine noise. Each mechanic I spoke with before time suggested the motor or timing belt as the reason for the engine noise. JJ’s did a diagnosis and discovered the tensioner that hold the timing belt was causing my problem. I had to wait a few days due to the other vehicles that were in need of service at the shop. However I was just pleased to see my problem disappear. Some places keep your vehicle for a full week or two just to work on it but not JJ’s. It’s a good friendly Christian environment that you feel when you enter into their shop. They are also more reasonably priced when it comes to oil changes and car repairs

Linnie you are the best person to have in front of the service center you are so friendly and nice and just a good spirit person… you educated me on my truck, you gave me some insight on the different options I had, Justin was so patient with me. I absolutely love this shop! I pray this shop has an over flow of blessings and abundance… I been in Maryland for 6 years this is the first shop that made me feel like I made a good choice, I didn’t feel misused.. I understand everything.. thank you so much for fixing BIG BLACK(my truck) 💕you guys are awesome humans 💚😁

Great place to have service done. Very friendly and the wait time was very quiet. Very pleasant people and affordable prices that come with additional discounts for other services. I would definitely recommend them to my family and friends.

Very impressed with the level of professionalism. They were able to quickly diagnose and fix the problem. Fast, friendly and good at what they do. I would definitely recommend JJ's for auto service.
