I am always hesitant when taking my vehicle in for repairs that are outside of my scope. So with great trepidation and hesitation I decided to give J.J.'s a chance. I talked to J a couple times; he would answer my questions with a pleasant and professional demeanor. After we got on the same sheet of music and developed a game plan, J.J.'s went to work using their experience to work with my auto warranty company. When it was all over and done with, the Jeep was repaired...and now I'm a J.J.'s customer for life.
