I have always had good service at JJ’s. They take the time to answer my questions. As a women going to a auto repair shop that does not ignore my questions bc I am a women is very important to me. I have had that happen in the past but never with JJ’s. Sometimes it takes a couple hours but that is to be expected. Car repairs are not going to be 10 minutes and done. I would definitely recommend J.J.’s to friends looking for auto repair shops.

I needed an engine replacement and a new starter. They were AMAZING!!! Justin worked with the extended warranty company for 2mths to get everything covered for me. He & Leny stayed in touch with me on the progress and I couldn't have asked for better service. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

Awesome staff, knowledgeable mechanics. They met the estimate dead on. The lady at the front desk had a big smile, and the shop manager stayed in constant communication with me. Great experience!! I highly recommend this shop.
