I cannot say enough good things about JJ’s!! I recently purchased a 2013 Cadillac ATS in VA and needed to have it inspected for MD. I was fairly certain the car was going to have some kinds of issue so I looked around for a service station that would be able to provide reliable work not only for the purposes of the inspection but throughout the life of the vehicle. I struck gold with JJ’s Auto!! When I arrived to do my inspection Lenny was at the desk and I overheard her making a phone call and she was very professional and seemed to know the customer she was talking to on a first name basis, Already I had a good feeling about this place. My car failed the inspection which was unfortunate but this is the point where JJ’s started to REALLY impress me.. Justin who I think is maybe the service manager or the head mechanic came out to go over the issues that my car had. He had taken pictures and explained to me in detail which issues would need to be addressed immediately to pass inspection and which issues could be taken care of later. I asked Justin if he thought any of my issues would he covered under the warranty that I purchased with the car. Justin asked me to bring him the warranty contract and he would review it and even call the warranty company himself to make a claim.. This gave me a lot of comfort and peace of mind as we all know that those warranty and insurance companies sometimes have very tricky language designed to confuse the average person that doesn’t speak fluent car language. At this point I was very confident in this establishment and I knew I could trust them to take care of my vehicle and be fair to me. I couldn’t afford the services that day but they gave me a very detailed printout of everything that we had talked about and they even send a little text that also gives you a breakdown of the services. I came back a few weeks later to get the service and Lenny informed me that I would have to leave the car with them for 2 days so they could complete everything.. This didn’t work for me and I expressed to Lenny that I couldn’t be without the vehicle overnight. Once again Lenny and Justin put their heads together and went out of their way to accommodate me. They told me if I brought the car in on Monday morning they could do some of the work and I could pick it up and bring it back on Wednesday to complete the rest of the work which included a windshield replacement that they had to get from another vendor. Lenny called me right at 5PM on Wednesday and told me that my car was complete and I had passed inspection. I was so relieved and so impressed with the amount of customer service I received so far but when I came to pick up the vehicle there was one last cherry on top. THEY VACUMED MY CAR OUT!!!! I’m a person that is big on small gestures and little extras so I can’t even express how good it made me feel to see that not only had they been honest and professional with me in this process but even when their job was done and they had fulfilled their end of the bargain someone actually still took the time to go that extra mile to put a smile on my face.. I am extremely impressed with JJ’s and they have earned a customer for life!! Thank you so much Lenny and Justin and all the rest of the team!!
