Linnie you are the best person to have in front of the service center you are so friendly and nice and just a good spirit person… you educated me on my truck, you gave me some insight on the different options I had, Justin was so patient with me. I absolutely love this shop! I pray this shop has an over flow of blessings and abundance… I been in Maryland for 6 years this is the first shop that made me feel like I made a good choice, I didn’t feel misused.. I am always hesitant when taking my vehicle in for repairs that are outside of my scope. So with great trepidation and hesitation I decided to give J.J.'s a chance. I talked to J a couple times; he would answer my questions with a pleasant and professional demeanor. After we got on the same sheet of music and developed a game plan, J.J.'s went to work using their experience to work with my auto warranty company. When it was all over and done with, the Jeep was repaired...and now I'm a J.J.'s customer for life.
