This is an amazing auto center. From the customer service, their thoroughness, and the quality of their work. I felt very comfortable with my vehicle in their care. They provided me a detailed report of everything that they found wrong during the diagnostic and included images, and they communicated with me throughout the repair process. I have not had any problems since I have picked up my vehicle (which unfortunately I had encountered entirely too often with other shops). If you need your vehicle serviced, I highly recommend them!

I was visited from out of town and as myself and my sister were headed toward 301 returning home to New York my vehicle broke down we called several repair shops and was told they were busy then I called JJ’s and Spoke with Leny she said bring your vehicle omg I not only felt relieved but when we arrived her welcoming comforting spirit brought tears to my eyes she made up feel like ok we gonna help you and they did just that, Leny and Justine are heaven sent you don’t come across people like this everyday, I can go on and on about them, it was no longer just a repair shop fixing my vehicle it’s became 2 people I consider friends and simply saying thank you isn’t sufficient I’ll never forget the overwhelming hospitality care and concern shown to us, Waldorf MD you are blessed to have JJ’s. J.J.'s has excellent customer service. Justin was very helpful when came to my warranty. They explained everything. They told me if I had any questions. I could call at anytime. They kept their word.Lenny was always smiling and greet's you every time you come in the door. She is always in great mood no matter how busy she is. If anyone that wants good customer service and great work. I recommend J.J's auto services.
