Previously, I had taken my car to a big chain service center on multiple occasions for my car and was suggested services that didn't fix the problem. As soon as I contacted J.J.'s and explained the problem, Leny suggested a multipoint inspection, told me exactly what that included, put a note about my breaks and let me know when I could drop it off. I was able to drop off my car Monday night. Tuesday morning she called to confirm that she had my keys and what they were going to do, updated me later in the day to inform me that they needed another day due to the amount of cars they had and assured me that it would be looked at and I would receive an estimate the following morning. Wednesday morning, I was told over the phone what the issue was, what was recommended (far less extras than the big chain) and sent over the diagnostics immediately. The one thing I saw that really stood out.... They did a road test!!!! Yes, it's a simple gesture but it meant a lot because they took the time to find out what was wrong. I approved the repair and by that evening I was picking up my car. Needless to say, I can finally use my breaks without my steering wheel shaking and my passengers feeling it too. If you want to go somewhere that listens, checks for themselves and doesn't try to put a band-aid on the problem, go to this family owned, local business.
