Problem: my car's front lower control arm bushings was leaking (common issue for my car) and needed to be swamped out. Experience at J.J's ...... I live locally and was looking for a shop in my area. I stumbled across J.J's Auto Service Center and chatted with the excellent receptionist (Leny). Once setting up my appointment, I waited until it was the scheduled day to bring in my car. After dropping off my car around 8am; my car was ready by 1:30pm. The mechanic talked me through what they did (I also wanted to see my old bushing to compare) and I was in and out. It was a very seamless experience (in and out)! I would absolutely recommend J.J's Auto Service for any service for your vehicle! I plan on swamping out my downpipe soon and using J.J's again for that service! P.S - The cost was relatively fair 👍 for my make and model (2016 BMW 340i M-Sport if you were wondering).
