I have always had good service at JJ’s. They take the time to answer my questions. As a women going to a auto repair shop that does not ignore my questions bc I am a women is very important to me. I have had that happen in the past but never with JJ’s. Sometimes it takes a couple hours but that is to be expected. Car repairs are not going to be 10 minutes and done. I would definitely recommend J.J.’s to friends looking for auto repair shops.
