Full-Service Auto Repair in Waldorf & Charles County, MD

I would definitely recommend this place. Excellent customer service, fair prices, and I didn't need an appointment. I needed a vehicle inspection on very short notice and three other shops told me I needed an appointment. Call here and was told to bring it right in. I brought my vehicle in and was greeted politely. The vehicle inspection took a little over an hour. During that hour, staff checked on all the customers in the waiting area three times to see if everyone was good and if anyone needed anything. Since I was a first time customer, I received a $25 discount on my inspection. My inspection ended up costing $114.00 which is definitely a good price. I have always been able to judge a lot about a business by how clean their bathrooms are. I honestly have to say that their bathroom is way too fancy for an auto shop. It was spotless too. The waiting area also had complimentary Keurig coffee and snacks. I also received a complimentary keychain (nice) with my business. I can honestly say that I was pleased with this whole process and I would definitely give them my auto business in the future.

My car is new and not having any problems, but if there is a “good mechanic” around Waldorf, I’m sure he would fit that description. Been looking for a good one and I think I’ve found my “good mechanic” for the future.

I’m not sure if this is family owned but everyone there was great. Highly recommend! Friendly, very helpful and also provides in depth information about your vehicle. I was able to come as a walk-in and was out in less than an hour.

They took care of my inspection fast and efficiently. Nice staff, pretty convenient location.

J.J.'s is a bit pricey and wasn't so great when it came to communicating when my vehicle would be ready, but I will give them a 5-star rating because they fixed many issues I had with my vehicle and were very polite. They even added a discount on the service due to how long it took for them to fix it. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who has the money and time to get their car properly fixed.
