The staff at J.J’s were very professional and prompt in providing updates about the status of my vehicle. I was having trouble with my transmission on my 2014 Nissan Altima and brought it to J.J’s. Out of about 20 shops I contacted, they offered me the best price; say less. They took care of me in a fashionable time. They are very customer service focused. I will be coming back for future services.

Diagnostic test, the results was I needed a water pump and recommended a thermostat. They all helped me especially Justin and the receptionist about my warranty and what was covered under the dealership. I will be back next month for a couple other items. Thank you J&J

Jj's staff, Lenny especially, is customer service oriented. Jj's is reasonably priced and honest! Since 2014 I used a car repair service in D.C. but I decided to stop and use Jj's instead since early 2021 and have been happy ever since!
