We moved to MD a few months ago & didn't know where to take our cars for inspection & repairs. JJ was recommended by Advance Auto Parts. I went online to check customer reviews & comments & was pleasantly surprised. Usually customers most write negative reviews. I was quite impressed. JJ's lived up to their great reviews. they did a great job on getting my cars up to speed for MD inspection. Lenny is terrific & did a great job communicating what was going on for each car. Great Job JJ !!!

I've recently had my car worked on here, there were lots of hiccups and mistakes along the way and I have never been so aggravated to stand up for myself the way I did. Lenny took the brunt of my aggravation and everytime seemed to reassure me they will take care of it and fix my vehicle. They have amazing customer service and even though I was at a turning point to take my money elsewhere they still reassured me and went above and beyond to fix the issue. As stressful as this journey has been, I want to thank Justin and Lenny for really making sure I was satisfied.
