I have loved going to JJ’s. My engine started misfiring and I knew I had to take my car to the shop. When my Uber driver dropped me off to pick my car up, they said “this is one of the last good honest shops in Waldorf” and that much is true. You will get your car back in a timely manner center, the work done is noticeable and well done, and the friendliness of the staff is genuine. When my car began to misfire, Justin listened to me describe the problem (even though i struggled to describe it) and could diagnose the issue quickly and with a smile. Leni at the front desk is so kind, professional, and excellent about following up! I love JJ’s.
