Waldorf Auto Repair

Took my new car here for an inspection a few weeks ago, they are fast and took really good care of me. My husband brought his new Fiat there and it had a bunch of issue that the dealer didn't let us know about, they fixed ALL of the issues no problem! Today I took my mother-in-law's car there and they took such good care of her and even had someone who spoke perfect Spanish so I wouldn't have to translate. I highly recommend this shop

When I tell you I’ve never had a great experience at a mechanic facility until now. Believe me. Excellent customer service from the beginning. The receptionist handling multiple calls when I arrived still delivers the best service and acknowledges that you’re there. I previously took my car to another place and told them to inspect my car that I recently bought. That facility told me my car was perfect. But I had a gut feeling something was off. My partner referred me to JJ’s &. I asked them to do the same, and they found multiple issues. They sent pictures and the full diagnostic report, which was extremely helpful. I spoke to another team member there, and he was helpful and thorough. I will definitely be using them as my primary Auto Service!

She is very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I scheduled my appointment online and was taken care of the day of my appointment. I appreciate the clear communication during the entire process from appointment reminder to when my car was ready (text messages and email). After learning that this is a “Family-Owned” business, I knew I was in good hands with Lenny and that I would return for future car needs. Excellent service!
