J.J's has by far the best customer service that I've ever seen in any and all places I've ever visited! When a shop is willing to help you find parts for your vehicle even if they are not installing them you have to love and appreciate it! I have nothing but great things to say about this shop and highly recommend them for any and all automotive repairs! Thanks J.J's!

They repaired sliding door on older Honda Mini van. Lennie. Donna, Justin were very very helpful in solving the mechanical issues!

Fantastic customer service!!!! Great communication with both ladies at the front desk and the auto technician. My truck was diagnosed and repaired as quoted. So happy to find J.J.s and will continue to have all my vehicles serviced here.

Professional!! Fair prices, quality repair

One tire stem and sensor broke off as I was checking the tire pressure. Using the donut to get to J.J.'s, the technicians replaced the stem and had the equipment and replaced the sensor in another tire. They treated me like family and were courteous and full of info that I needed to know. They also did an all points inspection notifying me of possible issues I should consider fixing in the future and the most logical approach to get the jobs completed. They even took photos of them so I could see what they were referring to!! Stellar service!
