Having to get a car inspection can give you anxiety about not knowing what to expect about the possible repairs needed. My anxiety was put to ease when I walked in to J&J’s Auto and spoke with Lenny. She is very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I scheduled my appointment online and was taken care of the day of my appointment. I appreciate the clear communication during the entire process from appointment reminder to when my car was ready (text messages and email). After learning that this is a “Family-Owned” business, I knew I was in good hands with Lenny and that I would return for future car needs. Excellent service!
