Did a walk in for a safety inspection and they took me right away. Cost was $139.00 which I guess is the regular rate. Staff were very nice. I was in and out in under 30 mins I believe. They were busy but still made time for everyone that walked in.

I was impressed with them showing me exactly the parts they would be replacing and why. It is so new to me actually seeing this other than taking the work of a shop that they did what they said they would do. All members of the business were polite, professionaly dressed, and friendly. Up on inspection of my vehicle, Jeo sent me videos of things that needed future attention that I should consider taking care of when able to do so and I did not feel pressured. The shop floor was clean when I was taken to see the item to be replaced and again after it was. They kept me up dated on when parts came in, when the job was done, and when to pick up. It was an absolute experience that will take me back to their shop for future repairs. Thanks guys.

I took my daughter's vehicle here to see why the brake lights weren't working. I couldn't get the vehicle repaired and couldn't leave it because I had errands to run and have to work on Monday. I love the professionalism and kindness of the employees. I had to make an appointment for next Saturday. I look forward to having my car repaired here. Exceptional customer services. Very professional and respectful experience from start to finish. The staff was courteous, informative, and took the time to thoroughly explain everything they found during my inspection. I especially appreciated being shown the vehicle directly and having things explained in a way that was honest and easy to understand no pressure, no gimmicks. The shop was clean, organized, and the entire team appeared focused and professional. Everyone I encountered was polite and welcoming, and the customer service stood out. Providing bottled water, snacks, and TV view for waiting clients ment for friendly hospitality. Definitely a great first experience that I will share. I look forward to returning for future service.

recently had the pleasure of visiting JJ's Auto Body Shop, and I can confidently say the customer service exceeded my expectations from start to finish. I first called the shop yesterday to schedule service and spoke with Jeremy, who was the utmost professional. As a first-time customer, he made sure all of my concerns were addressed and that I had a full understanding of the process. They even offered me a same-day appointment, but I decided to visit the following day instead. When I arrived, the shop was extremely busy and crowded, which honestly spoke volumes about their reliability and reputation within the community. I was greeted by my service advisor, Khylin, who immediately continued the excellent customer service I had already experienced. He took the time to personally walk me through the shop, explain their process in detail, and let me know exactly what to expect during my visit. Not only did they diagnose the issues with my 2022 Chevy Silverado at no cost, but they also provided a clear and well-developed plan to resolve everything. On top of that, they replaced the batteries in my key fob and maintained complete transparency and honesty throughout the entire process. Although I ultimately decided not to move forward with the repairs because I remembered my vehicle was still under warranty, Khylin was completely understanding and professional about it, which was truly refreshing. JJ’s Auto Body Shop stands apart from many other shops because they genuinely care about their customers rather than simply chasing profit. They are honest professionals who take the time to educate and assist everyday consumers who may not fully understand the ins and outs of vehicle repairs.
