I recently purchased a pre-owned MINI Coupe and searched for a MD Inspection station. JJ's had overwhelmingly positive reviews on it's services, so I decided to take my Coupe there in the event repairs were needed. From scheduling on the phone with Izzy, to being greeted and informed of the process by Leny, to inspection progress updates by Justin, this was a smooth and impressive operation. They are tech savvy, and incorporate that in their processes with text and email updates, invoicing, and payment links. I like that they've created a family of customers and build so much transparency into their operation. Every auto owner needs a repair shop they can trust, and JJ's checks all of those boxes! Very positive experience with this business. The cleanest, most organized , efficient and professional auto repair business my husband and I have ever experienced. Leny was so welcoming and knowledgeable. Daughter,s vehicle was completed as promised and pricing reasonable. Also appreciated phone call from the Justin the service manager and detailed service invoice too. They worked with our extended warranty company.

Husband found this shop by “accident” while working his car broke down and tow it to the nearest shop. When I say this place is amazing I mean it’s “AMAZING”. We would drive the 45 minutes from home just to continue seeing them. First thing I told my husband going in “first mechanic place I go where the office is clean and doesn’t smell like cigarettes” haha They are fast, professional, fairly priced, and did I say amazing!!
