I did a search on google for a shop nearby. I chose to called them. The gentleman on the phone told me to come in. Mine you it was very close to closing time. I went to the shop to have my mirror replaced and they asked if I wanted them checked it out and made a recommendation for another issue. I returned to have it repaired and I got a discount for becoming a member. All-all it was a great experience. Everyone is welcoming and friendly. Not to mention the price being affordable. 😊

Excellent service and not a long wait!

I visited JJs Auto center again today (9/2/2025). The first time was in July for an oil change and tire rotation. That was my first time getting service from anyone other than the dealership. The dealerships pricing was getting out of hand. That same service from JJs was almost 1/2 the price with first time discounts. I went today for a tire pressure monitoring sensor. I got a few dollars in credit from my last visit and they gave me an additional credit dropping my bill down almost $20. That was a nice bonus! I cant see myself going anywhere else for auto services! Thank you Joe!!!!

JJs Auto is the Only Place I'll Go for My Car! I can't say enough about the amazing service I received at JJs Auto in Waldorf, MD. I brought in my BMW convertible with a problem that I was worried about, but they diagnosed and solved the issue seamlessly. Not only was the repair flawless, but they also kept me apprised every step of the way, which gave me incredible peace of mind. Jayden was an absolute lifesaver. He worked with me on all the warranty issues and could not have been more patient and helpful. Its clear they genuinely care about their customers and go above and beyond. No matter if it is Amanda, Anthony, Joe, Lamont, Khalid, Jamal, I am treated with respect, even if I know nothing about cars. I depend on these folks to be honest with me.
