I was impressed with them showing me exactly the parts they would be replacing and why. It is so new to me actually seeing this other than taking the work of a shop that they did what they said they would do. All members of the business were polite, professionaly dressed, and friendly. Up on inspection of my vehicle, Jeo sent me videos of things that needed future attention that I should consider taking care of when able to do so and I did not feel pressured. The shop floor was clean when I was taken to see the item to be replaced and again after it was. They kept me up dated on when parts came in, when the job was done, and when to pick up. It was an absolute experience that will take me back to their shop for future repairs. Thanks guys.
