Let me start by saying everyone should take their car here. I’ve owned several vehicles like Mercedes, Lexus, Cadillac, BMW, and I’ve never had the experience at any of the luxury dealers, and I’m not talking about no coffee and doughnuts that I don’t eat or want. I’m talking about the service, and professionalism I encountered. I called to make an appointment, and I spoke with Leny, and she was very professional, and helpful. She even told me the earliest appointment wasn’t until the following Friday, and mind you I called on Tuesday. I asked could I bring the truck earlier so that it would be there, and is there a possibility they could get to it early, and Leny said if they get a cancellation they might be able to get to it early, so after a brief conversation she told me exactly what the problem with my vehicle was just by me describing the issue. Once I arrived with my vehicle almost two weeks early before my scheduled appointment to just drop off the truck so the problem wouldn’t worsen, and I was met by Justin and once again another very professional and knowledgeable individual, because he also confirmed what Leny said, and he had no idea I spoke with Leny, so everyone in this shop is very knowledgeable of vehicles. Both Leny and Justin were very knowledgeable and made my experience very pleasant. Oh yeah and don’t let me forget they gave me my vehicle back 5 days early if my scheduled appointment, because I chose to leave my vehicle it was fixed and running phenomenal again. Thank you Leny, Justin, and the mechanic that fixed my vehicle. Both Leny and Justin deserve a raise even if they just got one, because I will be returning to JJ’s Auto Service Center, and I will be also recommending everyone to them.
