I cannot express enough gratitude for JAMAAL at JJ Auto Repair. What started as a truly terrible situation was transformed into an incredibly positive experience, thanks entirely to him. Jamaal is a master of de-escalation. He navigated a tense interaction between myself and another individual with the utmost professionalism and genuine care. He not only calmed the situation but also took the time to meticulously explain the entire process and procedures to me, ensuring I understood every step. He went above and beyond his duties, consistently reassuring me of their service and demonstrating a level of dedication that is truly rare. While I'm unsure of his official role at JJ Auto Repair, I can confidently say that if I were hiring, Jamaal would be my immediate choice for a service manager. He embodies everything you could want in a customer service professional: expertise, empathy, and an unwavering commitment to making a difficult situation beautiful. My son Jayden brought his car to JJs once before. He needed some other work done & I reminded him of JJs because of the financial option they extended him the first time. Im so thankful that he took my advice and decided to have other worked services here. I had an opportunity to meet his service tech Jaiden. He provided exceptional customer service, was respectful, pleasant, helpful and understanding to the needs and questions my son & I had. When addressing some questions on another day, the front desk receptionist, Amanda directed me to the onsite Manager, Kyai (not sure of the spelling). We spoke. Then the service tech Jaiden walked in. When I tell you the amount of professionalism, authenticity, helpfulness, compassion to attend to my questions & needs for my sons vehicle literally EXUDED from each and every one of them. Ive gone to some pretty descent places for my cars past and present, 2-3, one which I still frequent regularly for certain things. But BABEEEEEEEEEEEEE JJs was beyond the BEST EVER! The direct contact with personnel, customer service etiquette, clean, neat, welcoming office. The interactions with those three members changed my entire experience! Quality service all around was extremely refreshing. I know my son will always be in great hands with the care & service of his vehicle. I now have a place close to home that both me and my husband can depend on if needed. I was completely in awe & trust I will continue to feel this way. Thank you Jaiden, Kyai & Amanda for showing it how all auto shops should operate. As a TEAM not my sale vs your sale!!!!! EXCELLENT LEADERSHIP KHAI!!! I visited JJ’s Auto Service Center today and got some Awesome service at an Amazing price. I saved tremendously by using a coupon and signing up for the VIP program. Got a tour of the facility and felt really good about my visit. They will be servicing my vehicle from now on!

When I pulled into the parking lot, I knew I had made the right decision. So professional and so kind. The check-in process was quick, and the rep scheduled me a ride home while they kept my car. I would highly recommend JJ Auto Service!

An absolutely amazing place of business and family. I had my audi s4 here for almost a year dealing with a bad insurance company and terrible dealership but justin/j.j. auto stuck by my side through it all. Honestly never been treated so nicely from any establishment with very good quality work and prices there's no complaints here. They will work with you to get the job done in the best way and Justin's words of encouragement kept me driven to finish/complete this rebuild of my audi instead of giving up halfway through. Highly recommend and greatly appreciate the time work and open arms this business came with Honestly just simply amazing people here!
