My experience at J.J.’s Auto Center was a delight! A big round of applause to the individuals that assisted me with my state inspection. I was able to get in on the same day with a reasonable wait time. Everyone was kind and helpful. This is my first time having my car service. I initially came there for Maryland state inspection and that way I can be on the platform for ride shares and honestly I have dealt with a lot of mechanics in my day and I feel like JJ is like the best I love how everyone Interact with each other with dignity and respect, I like that I got a tour of the shop which I never had before,I love that everything‘s upfront and I think I might found a new home for my car.

Some of the best service I’ve had in a long time, my vehicle failed inspection 3 times 😡(working on that) but I’ll always give credit when it’s due! The team here is great, mixed variety of ages and ethnicity.

J&J Auto Service was fantastic! I brought my SUV there to get an overview of what was going on with it; they were very professional, courtesy and made sure I knew all the details. The customer service was excellent as well as the technicians. The technician, Joe, ran my car fax report and went over all the details with me, explaining everything and made sure I knew which service was needed. Overall, J&J is an excellent auto service business ☺️

Amazing and patient service. There was a misunderstanding (i misunderstood) with pricing. I challenged them on it and they remained patient and professional. Showing all grace as i began to get upset behind my misheard quote.
