J.J exceeded my expectations by miles. Very pleasant to be around all the employees. The regular shop that I had work done told me this job was too hard for them. So I know we're I will be going next to J.J AUTO SERVICE CENTER

Luis did a great job as my inspector for my state inspection. Leny is super friendly at the front desk and makes a very pleasant experience. I will definitely use them in the future for car needs!

I am very pleased with J.J.’s. Everyone was very nice and kept me updated with the repair of my car. I didn’t have an appointment. Through AAA my car was towed there over the weekend after it broke down leaving me stranded. I used the drop box to explain what happened and how my car ended up there. Early Monday morning Justin called me to discuss what happened and kept me updated. I got my car back repaired the next day. My car is old but they actually had the part needed. Thank you J.J.’s!

Great service! I spoke with Justin who was upfront and honest about everything. The dealership attempted to service my mothers vehicle and failed while still attempting to charge a thousand dollars. Brought her car here and the problem was found and fixed the same day it was brought in, without being overcharged. I will use them for any future car issues.

It was a pleasure dealing with and talking to Leny Cordless at JJ’s Auto Service. Leny was so professional and courteous answering all of my questions and getting back with me in a timely manner about my vehicle. The service technician there was great also. There wasn’t any pressure from them to do anything and they gave me every detail I needed in regards to my vehicle and what it needed! We definitely need more places and people like Leny when it comes to customer service. As a retired Army Military veteran such as myself that dealt with customer service of people I likened Leny to us and our high standards. Again I would recommend JJ’s Auto Service to anyone!
