JJ Auto is the epitome of customer service and auto professionalism. They sent me a video or the issue my car was having and I was able to virtually look at what he was explaining through the tech. They also called a Lyft, to pick me up from my residence. You can’t get any better service than that. The mechanics and clerk was very personable and I will always recommend them to anyone with car issues.

I was impressed with how everyone that works there greeted us and asked if we had been helped - they were all very nice and respectful. We got there last minute for a state inspection and had a great experience. Would definitely recommend!

I had a great experience at J.J.'s Auto Service Center. Jalen was my service advisor, and he made the entire process smooth and professional from start to finish. I brought my truck in for a safety inspection to register it in the state of Maryland, and I was genuinely impressed with the level of service. Jalen even took the time to give me a tour of the shop and explained the different ways I could review the inspection results. What really stood out to me was their transparency—this was the first shop I’ve been to that sends a video showing exactly what they’re seeing under the hood. If you're on-site, they’ll walk you over to your vehicle and show you in person, which is a great touch. Since I wasn’t there, Jalen sent me a detailed video explaining what my vehicle may need down the road. That level of honesty and communication built a lot of trust, so I decided to move forward with the recommended work. Overall, very professional operation. This was my first auto shop experience in Maryland, and it looks like I’ve found my go-to place moving forward. Highly recommend!
