I’ve never had this kind of experience at an auto shop. Before my car was pulled back into the bay, Jayden, came out to show me the work area where all cars receive their maintenance. My initial impression, “wow, this is so clean”. Listen, the customer service is A1!! Friendly, cordial, welcoming/inviting. I was able to understand the work that would be done, see where the work would be done and it all feels like a place you don’t really want to leave. I started re-evaluating where I’d bring my other car for its next oil change. This place is truly where you want to be. When I did my quick google search, I did not know that this is what I would walk into. 10/10 definitely recommend!
