I’ve never had this kind of experience at an auto shop. Before my car was pulled back into the bay, Jayden, came out to show me the work area where all cars receive their maintenance. My initial impression, “wow, this is so clean”. Listen, the customer service is A1!! Friendly, cordial, welcoming/inviting. I was able to understand the work that would be done, see where the work would be done and it all feels like a place you don’t really want to leave. I started re-evaluating where I’d bring my other car for its next oil change. This place is truly where you want to be. When I did my quick google search, I did not know that this is what I would walk into. 10/10 definitely recommend!

I had a great experience. I’m working out of town and got to come home for a couple days. I needed to get my vehicle inspected and the whole process was so easy and efficient. I booked my safety inspection with their online booking service for the same day. I got txt updates and a call when everything was done. I also got a emailed copy of inspection report the same time I got the call my car was ready. I did fail inspection but I was very pleased with the service I received. From the front seat lady to the mechanic that brought my car back out. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

Cam and Tony are apparently new employees but they have been super supportive, reliable and quick with consistency when it relates to my car and I definitely advise management to look into giving them a raise . Since I’ve been taking my car for the past two years, I feel like they’ve been the most consistent besides Kylan .. truly grateful for the consistency

This shop is quite busy, and for good reason. The service they provided was a Maryland state inspection. They completed the inspection within an hour, and the technician, Jaylen, was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable.

Having ran my own mechanic shop for several years in Maryland I can tell you that this place is tops. One of the most important things in this industry is to maintain good communication with your customers and explain the issues with the vehicles clearly. Customer service is excellent and the team appears very knowledgeable. Jayden the inspector was excellent. JJs are Always willing to upsell additional services and products but this is to be expected and they are not pushy at all. Could not be happier highly recommended.

When I don't have time to make my own repairs, I take it to an experienced certified service center. JJ's has become my go to for complete automotive service. I am a former/retired senior automotive technician and store manager. The level of customer service is top notch! Not only do they do a complete diagnostic and visual inspection, they communicate to the customer verbally and with pictures/video to explain to the customer what the problem is, but give them the solution to that problem. Need a ride? No problem rideshare is available. Car repair is expensive today no doubt. If you love the investment you've put into your vehicle, take it to JJ's for your next repair. M. Butler

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ After receiving an estimate of over $5k elsewhere, I brought my 2017 Ford Expedition Platinum EL to J.J.’s Auto Service Center for a second opinion. That decision saved me thousands of dollars. Joe was outstanding from start to finish. His communication was excellent throughout the entire process. He kept me informed, explained what they found, discussed options, and never left me wondering what was happening with my vehicle. In today’s world, that level of customer service is rare. The technician who worked on my Expedition deserves special recognition as well. Rather than simply replacing parts, he took the time to properly diagnose the issue, test the vehicle, and ensure the repair was done correctly. During the repair process, they discovered a problem with one of the components and proactively addressed it before releasing the vehicle to me. That attention to detail gave me confidence that they genuinely cared about fixing the vehicle the right way. What impressed me most was what happened after I picked up the vehicle. I experienced a possible unrelated issue and contacted Joe. Even though it may not have been connected to the repair they performed, he immediately offered to look into it, told me to bring the vehicle back, and went above and beyond to help. The next day he personally followed up with me to check on the status and make sure everything was okay. That level of professionalism and concern for a customer doesn’t happen often. J.J.’s treated me with honesty, respect, and professionalism throughout the entire experience. They earned my trust, and they will be my first call for future repairs. Highly recommended.
