This is the most professional and CLEAN auto shop I have ever experienced. Plus, it’s black owned! ❤️ J.J.’s completed my inspection and did so thoroughly. They found all of the issues wrong with my car and serviced it immediately. Though the repairs were costly, I am a firm believer that you get what you pay for. They were extremely patient with me and I am so thankful for that. Thank you Justin and team! I referred my aunt to you for service on her vehicles. I’ll also be back for my preventative maintenance. 😊

Called ahead for a state inspection, was ready when I got there, and they got it done in the time they said they would. Very friendly staff all around. Definitely recommend for any service

Outstanding service! Photos of the recommended work were provided, and they were able to complete the work quickly once the parts were obtained. The membership program knocked off an additional amount of the cost.

Service at JJ's was great. They were very courteous and friendly, provided a free and through inspection of my vehicle, and sent an Uber to pick me up when my car was ready. Overall I was very pleased. I plan to use them for future car maintenance and repairs.

JJ's is great!!! I started taking my Cadillac to them, earlier this year due to a recommendation from my partner, and I was very pleased with their extrordinary customer service and great workmanship. I recently bought a Certified Pre-owned BMW and I wanted JJ's to do a diagnostic (just to make sure everything is ok) They did the diagnostic, told me my car was perfect, and did not charge me a dime!!!! I will certaily bring this car to JJ's for service once the applicable factory/extended maintenance warrantys have ended!!!

I was here yesterday for an inspection on my car, everyone working was very professional and created a comfortable reassuring environment. One person in particular Leny, was extremely helpful and kind. I never met someone with such great customer service! She made the experience a 10/10 for me.
