PEOPLE HEAR ME. J.J.'s is amazing. I went there on a recommendation of a friend for my 2017 Chevy Suburban. I was having some major issues and the check engine light came on then went out once I took it to the dealership. I kept driving it to get the light back on. Once I went to J.J.s and took the free inspection (fee went to overall repair costs), they let me know everything that was wrong with my truck. They didn't just tell me. They sent me digital videos explaining what was wrong. You could see the issues. I found it amazing. Additionally, they dealt personally with my aftermarket warranty company (Carshield). I didn't have to make once call or go back and forth with Carshield. I received updates via calls and texts everyday. I mean EVERYDAY, keeping me abreast of the situation. Once the repairs were scheduled, I received my truck within 2-3 days. Unlike, other establishments, they carry not 1 or 2 year warranties. All their repairs come with a 3 year warranty. I'm telling you J.J.'s is amazing. They have complementary Uber/lyft service within a small mileage radius. Their customer service in impeccable. I am never using the dealership again, and all my vehicles will be serviced by J.J.'s. Everyone there is knowledgeable and professional. If and when you go, ask for Jayden.
