My experience from the beginning to the end was fantastic. Everyone was pleasant and helpful and made my first experience well worth returning. The young man who walked me out to my vehicle and explain what’s needed to be fixed was amazing. I can’t remember his name maybe Jaden not sure. He also followed up with phone calls keeping me in the loop.

Went in Monday for a very small oil leak that just started and an oil change, met with Joe who is a service advisor there. He took me out to the shop to show me the leak was coming from my oil pan but also pointed out my front right axel was busted as well. They provided me with a complimentary car service home and back to the shop. This afternoon I noticed my vehicle was leaking oil but at a significantly more amount. I called him and he told me to come straight there, coming from Alexandria,VA 4pm it was going to be hard to get there before they closed at 6pm but he assured me they would wait to figure out the problem. Turns out since my oil pan and drain plug are plastic (VW) the rubber gasket for the drain plug got pinched while being installed and created a space for oil to leak. They replaced the rubber gasket, drained the oil remaining oil from the oil change the day before, and ran it while up on the lift still to show me there were no leaks. It’s hard to find an honest mechanic shop but J&J’s will have my business going forward without a doubt. Very professional and honest shop

Hello, I am so glad to have found this establishment. I only have good things to say about this business and they have been good to me. I researched them before bring my practically new Jeep (at the time) and found them to be courteous, extremely professional. The work I most recently had done wasn’t cheap, but I do feel I received expert service dor the money. There have been 2 occasions when I had slight difficulties with my windshield wipers and I ran over road kill. How about this- -The technicians showed me the issue and I paid nothing for them to make the corrections. That makes me know they want to keep me as a customer.

PEOPLE HEAR ME. J.J.'s is amazing. I went there on a recommendation of a friend for my 2017 Chevy Suburban. I was having some major issues and the check engine light came on then went out once I took it to the dealership. I kept driving it to get the light back on. Once I went to J.J.s and took the free inspection (fee went to overall repair costs), they let me know everything that was wrong with my truck. They didn't just tell me. They sent me digital videos explaining what was wrong. You could see the issues. I found it amazing. Additionally, they dealt personally with my aftermarket warranty company (Carshield). I didn't have to make once call or go back and forth with Carshield. I received updates via calls and texts everyday. I mean EVERYDAY, keeping me abreast of the situation. Once the repairs were scheduled, I received my truck within 2-3 days. Unlike, other establishments, they carry not 1 or 2 year warranties. All their repairs come with a 3 year warranty. I'm telling you J.J.'s is amazing. They have complementary Uber/lyft service within a small mileage radius. Their customer service in impeccable. I am never using the dealership again, and all my vehicles will be serviced by J.J.'s. Everyone there is knowledgeable and professional. If and when you go, ask for Jayden. You will not be disappointed. AMAZING EXPERIENCE, you get what you pay for.

I have nothing but good vibes and satisfied with the auto shop. After years of going only thru the dealership for services, I came to the conclusion that I needed a closer location. I had an emergency repair and visited the shop. They were very busy but were able to help me. I am very pleased with the exceptional customer service and more importantly my vehicle is running well.
