J.J.'s is a bit pricey and wasn't so great when it came to communicating when my vehicle would be ready, but I will give them a 5-star rating because they fixed many issues I had with my vehicle and were very polite. They even added a discount on the service due to how long it took for them to fix it. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who has the money and time to get their car properly fixed.

This is the most professional and CLEAN auto shop I have ever experienced. Plus, it’s black owned! ❤️ J.J.’s completed my inspection and did so thoroughly. They found all of the issues wrong with my car and serviced it immediately. Though the repairs were costly, I am a firm believer that you get what you pay for. Outstanding service! Photos of the recommended work were provided, and they were able to complete the work quickly once the parts were obtained. The membership program knocked off an additional amount of the cost.

Service at JJ's was great. They were very courteous and friendly, provided a free and through inspection of my vehicle, and sent an Uber to pick me up when my car was ready. Overall I was very pleased. I plan to use them for future car maintenance and repairs.
