First of all the two front desk ladies are super friendly, Lenny and Donna will take care of you. Great conversations while waiting. Took in for safety inspection - failed for some small items. Justin the mechanic (awesome dude) came out and explained in great detail what I needed to do and offered some other shops that could tackle the small items. Highly recommend them 5/5.

I had a fog light that cracked and failed a Maryland State Inspection. I ordered the part from Amazon. I took my vehicle in to JJs and they installed both fog light replacements when I was only expecting one to be installed. They did them both at a very reasonable price compared to the dealer estimate. I will always take my vehicles to JJs for service! Thanks!! John.

Excellent Service

I found J.J.'s on Google and decided to give them a shot because of the great reviews. My experience was a little stressful in the beginning, due to them receiving faulty repair parts. But in the end, they replaced the faulty part and made sure that my vehicle was running properly without hesitation. The customer service is awesome. Definitely will be back!

Customer service is perfect!

The team at J.J was completely professional and transparent during my diagnosis and repair. When an engine replacement was identified they found out it could be under warranty through the manufacturer. Although they could have just sold me one of there engines they gave me the best cost saving solution. I highly recommend the team at J.J for all of your car service needs and I will be returning in the future. Thank you!
