Waldorf Auto Repair

I was looking for an auto shop to service my vehicle and being new to the La Plata area I didn’t know where to go. I googled searched shops near me and after reviewing all the shops J.J’s seemed to have the best reviews. I contacted them to get a cost estimate and from initial contact Leny and Justin were very friendly and accommodating. They left me with a great first impression so I felt comfortable enough to bring my vehicle in to them the same week. They fixed my vehicle in the time estimated and my car is back running good as new. I am completely satisfied with their service and I will be bringing my vehicle back to them for all my repair needs!

J.J Auto did an excellent job repairing my car only took them a day to fix so that’s 👍🏾👍🏾 up.. Great customer service from Leny very professional… Will recommend them to anyone need to get work done

Excellent service! From diagnosis to repairs, this shop described the issue, kept me informed about repairs and explained options to keep the total as low as possible. Lenny and Justin are awesome!!

I have gotten work done on my car many times at JJ’s. I drive for Lyft and Uber and put a lot of miles on my car that require a lot of maintenance. Although they are busier then when I first started going to them, I can call them anytime and they find time to squeeze me in or if they are too busy, they have me either drop my car off or bring it first thing in the morning. The last main service I had done there wasn’t listed but I had to get my alternator replaced. They were able to order it and replace and repair my other smaller issues in a relatively short time and for a much better price than other places. I like that they are considerate of my circumstances and they know that I need my car to make money so they accommodate me so I can get back to work quickly. Although I no longer see JJ, who is extremely nice and professional, he left the shop in good hands with Lenny and Justin. They treat me and my daughters like family. Lenny and my daughter were expecting around the same time. Lenny, who previously had a daughter, shared a lot of baby items with my daughter, who was expecting a girl. Who does things like that except friends and family! Well I consider myself family and you probably will too once you start going there and experience the kind of service that I have.

Absolutely amazing customer service from the initial phone call, to the time I walked in the door to have my car serviced. I have gone to other mechanics in the area throughout the years, and have never gotten this level of customer service. Leny is so warm and welcoming. She updated me with the repair status, and let me I needed something additional done. My first time doing business with them, and I will definitely be a return customer.

If I could give this business ten stars I would. The staff is friendly, punctual, and always willing to help. I got my car (2015 CLA AMG) state inspected here and things couldn’t have went smoother. They explained what my car needed and even went to ends to get it done for me. I really appreciate all the staff here and they will be getting my business again in the future.
