i truly loved my experience here. i’m new to the area and when my car started having trouble, i was stressed to find a mechanic that wouldn’t take advantage of my lack of car knowledge. when i came to JJ’s, their high ratings drew me in and i felt i could trust their services. i explained what my car had been doing and they offered to look over my whole car for a small fee and give me a rundown of everything they saw. one of my favorite parts of this experience was the inspection report. the report not only listed everything they found, but there was picture proof with each thing they listed as not to standard, so there was no sign of them trying to make things up to embellish my bill. additionally, they listed the issued in order from most important to least important and at no point pressured me to pay for things that weren’t imperative to the functionality of my car, which i appreciated. PLUS they even offered me a law enforcement/military discount which was totally awesome! lastly, they were in CONSTANT contact with me, frequently updating me on the status of my car. they took me in as a walk in, and had my car good as new two days later. this was certainly impressive as i had essentially my entire suspension system replaced as well as an oil change, the inspection of the full car to find issues, and a few other things. they were entirely professional, answered all my questions, and were transparent about what i actually NEEDED to fix and what could be left alone in order to manage the cost of my bill. loved my experience, and will definitely go back when something inevitably breaks.
