Fast and easy! Didn't pass the 1st time but was able to come back 2 days later and was in and out.

The ENTIRE STAFF is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!! I’ve been searching for a few years now for a place where I can take all of my vehicles (6 total; foreign and domestic), but my search is now OVER!!!! From the very first phone call I was completely satisfied. EVERYONE is extremely knowledgeable about the services that they provide; answering all of my questions efficiently, professionally, and accurately. Four words: Take it to Jj’s!! My car needed a LOT of work. However, before anything got started I received a phone call with not only an estimate but honest feedback on how extensive the work will be. I was called with updates on the work and when my car would be ready. Finding mechanics that you can trust is hard to find. So trust me when I say this place is where you want to go. Professional, transparent, and efficient. It’s doesn’t get better than that!

From the outstanding customer service with Lenny to the information about my vehicle and service from Justin. The atmosphere is very pleasant and welcoming.
