I always review business that I work with so potential customers are aware of the services provided good or bad. J.J’s service was excellent from Service Rep Leny to the Service Techs Jason & Kenny! We just brought our used car from Carmax 6 months ago. All, I’m going to say is that JJ’s fixed an issue CarMax said they fixed! Now that JJ’s fixed the issues our car ride smoothly and the noise is gone! Thank you everyone at JJ’s

I went JJ's Auto Service Center because my check engine light came on. Found out I needed a new fuel pump. Justin and Lenny did everything they could to make sure I received the best service possible. Lenny is super sweet and friendly. She makes you feel like you are the only client. All of the staff I encountered was so nice and friendly. Justin helped me with my warranty claim which saved much money. I will be a client for life and will recommend them to my family and friends.

I went to the shop with a recommendation from a friend. Lenny at the front desk greeted me with warm smile and Justine provided me with excellent update on the rear drum brake replacement. They were courteous and professional helping me and identifying the problem. I am extremely happy with the repair and their services. I am going back to them for a windshield window replacement. Their on line scheduling is time savor. I am not sure how in synch the online scheduling and real time scheduling are though. I see some improvements coming on that front. It’s very hard to find a mechanic that you trust and I think I might have found one. Thank you
