GRADE A+ service!! "Leny at The Front Desk" may sound like a mafia moniker but she is honestly the sweetest multitasker I've ever met! Between addressing every customer that enters the front door, handling tow truck drivers, answering the phone, and assisting the technicians with whatever they need, she still somehow managed to carry on conversation with me, while explaining everything that was happing to my car! She is definitely one of the reasons JJ's is such a success. Justin was the technician that worked on my car and although I didn't pass my inspection, he was extra courteous and took the time to politely explain what was needed. Customer Service is EVERYTHING for me I now see why JJ's is a 5-star establishment. I will definitely be returning for all my automotive needs.
