I had my Mustang serviced twice. Both times I was very satisfied with the service. All employees are very professional and courteous. Their work is excellent and backed with warranty. Would definitely recommend J.J. Auto Service.

I wasnt asked to write a review but i feel the need to. Took my car here after experiencing a parking brake issue. Everyone was super polite and accommodating. I was called and told that they could fix my car but that they value honesty and recommend taking it to the dealership. I took it to ford and to my surprise this was covered under the warranty. JJ'S saved me hundreds if not 1000 for this repair. I'll be using them for all future repairs and recommendations.

This was the most pleasant experience I have ever had getting my oil changed. Staff were friendly, efficient, thorough, and welcoming. My car was serviced quickly. The shop offers numerous discounts and rebates through its online app and loyalty program. I not only got a great price on an oil change/tire rotation, but I also got a free pair of windshield wipers, which I sorely needed. The waiting room has free coffee, water, and snacks (and a clean bathroom). I will absolutely go back.

Superb Customer Service!! Decent price for oil changes, and the complimentary 1-year VIP program is a true perk! Will definitely return for oil changes..oh and if you’re local they call you a Lyft, on them!

I recently visited J.J.’s Auto Service Center for the first time. I made the appointment for a Maryland state vehicle inspection. The young man at the reception desk - - Anthony - - was very courteous, knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and by all indications enjoyed his interaction with all the customers who came in to the facility after me. I found Anthony to be the epitome of customer service and customer care. The inspection was conducted promptly and professionally. I will definitely patronize J.J.’s again in the future for my other automotive needs.

The guys here are very helpful and professional. They are thorough with their explanations and take the time to listen to you and offer any assistance that they can. This is definitely the only place I'll bring my car from now on! Thank you for making me feel like a valued customer and not just a means to an end.

This shop took care of an engine misfire issue after several other shops couldn't figure out the problem. I also had several routine maintenance services done and a MD state inspection. The people here are really nice and professional and I appreciate the emails and text messages showing me what needed to be done to my vehicle. What makes me hesitant about this place is the lack of communication with the customer. My car was in their shop from April 14th until April 22nd. Seven days excluding a holiday. I was told several times over this period that my car would be ready in a few hours or by the end of the day, but then wouldn't hear from you guys at all for over 24 hours. I understand that repairs can take time and parts need to come in, but I would prefer that you give a realistic timeframe upfront, instead of my constantly having to call to request an update on my vehicle. I didn't pass state inspection because I need new tires, but I am taking it to another shop, not because I don't have confidence in your work, but because I don't know how soon I would get my car back. You guys did amazing work on my car, so I'll give you that. I would like to continue using you guys in the future, but the communication between the mechanics, reception, and the customers could really use some improvement.
