Our visit to JJs was absolutely amazing from the time we walked in the door until we left! Leny is knowledgeable and customer oriented. Ive spoken to Leny on many occasions she has always given her undivided attention. Justin the shop manager always makes sure we understand everything that is going on with our cars considering we own a Mercedes and Range Rover! Amazing service overall! First time I have visited here for service and I am extremely pleased. Izzy, Leny, and Justin were amazing. The environment, service, and overall interaction from beginning to end was a 5 Star experience!!!!!!! Highly recommend and will be taking this car as long as it lasts.

I went there with my daughter. She didn't have anything bad to say. She got a discount and signed up for their membership. I signed up too and received a 30% off coupon. I haven't used them yet but she liked them.

It runs smoother than before Justin made some adjustments, but not as smooth as I would like. I will try another manufacturer's part, specifically an OEM part and have it redone. I don't like the vibrations that I am having now. Hopefully, the new part will solve the problem. Overall, I'm still happy with the work JJ's Auto performs on my car! Please continue to deliver excellent service and do not change any aspect of your business. I feel confident that the service I receive at JJ's is by good hard working honest people and it's not easy to find that in today's world.

Outstanding service I waited a week to make sure that all of my work was completed correctly my transmission was fabulous it works great I drove it out of town so far two times and had no issues with the work that they did not only will I be bringing back my vehicle I will be making sure that I refer everybody that I know to JJ's I promise you they will walk you through every step their service there is perfect the customer service there is perfect and I wouldn't dream of taking my vehicle anywhere else but to them thank you again guys for a wonderful job.
